We recognise our responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all relevant health and safety legislation. We aim to provide a safe and healthy working environment, prevent accidents and work-related ill health, and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
2. Responsibilities
Directors and Management
The Directors of Late Night Veteran Show Ltd are responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Providing appropriate resources to maintain safe working practices.
- Assessing and managing risks associated with company activities.
- Ensuring suitable training and information is available where required.
- Reviewing health and safety arrangements regularly.
Employees and Volunteers
All employees, volunteers, and representatives of the company have a duty to:
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Report hazards, accidents, incidents, or near misses promptly.
- Use equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Cooperate with management on health and safety matters.
3. Risk Assessments

- Review risk assessments periodically and following significant changes to activities.

The company will:

5. Events and Broadcasting Activities
When conducting broadcasts, interviews, events, or public engagements, the company will:

- Consider the safety of guests, participants, and audience members.
- Ensure equipment is set up and operated safely.
6. Fire Safety
The company will:
- Maintain appropriate fire safety arrangements.

- Ensure fire extinguishers are available where required.
- Report and investigate any fire-related incidents.
7. Accident Reporting
All accidents, incidents, injuries, and near misses must be reported to management as soon as possible.
Records will be maintained and incidents investigated where appropriate to prevent recurrence.
